Having staff not engaged in meetings but then complaining outside the meetings they never get a chance to have a say…is bloody frustrating.   And, when they do speak up it’s to give you yet another problem to solve.

With the right agenda and mindsets, meetings can be a wonderful opportunity to discuss what is going well and what can be done better or differently.  Likewise, with the right approach and some simple tools, staff members will become engaged and take on responsibility for their actions.
